According to the beginning of the story of this drama, Ko Mun-yeong often makes decisions based on feelings without discussion among others and without our realizing that we always make decisions based on feelings, most of which can lead in a negative direction. So, there is no need to make a decision in a hurry if you want to get the right decision. For example, Moon Gang-tae taught her the Butterfly Hug to help Mun-yeong calm down even slowly.

  • Speak Up For Yourself

According to a moment in the drama, it looks like Kwon Gi-do (Kwak Dong-yeon) was deeply hurt by his parents and siblings who looked down on him. Rather than him living in a sick state, he chooses to speak up for himself in public about the truth behind the pain he is experiencing and surprisingly, his condition is getting better than before. Therefore, we cannot allow others to bring us down and must speak up for ourselves.

Sometimes, there are times we will feel unhappy, sorrow, pain that is hidden but on the outside it just looks normal and smiles at people by hiding all the pain that has been hidden for a long time. Yet, we as human beings will certainly not escape pain and sorrow despite trying to hide it. according to the title of this drama, it’s okay to not be okay for ourselves which is okay to show feelings of sadness and pain in reality.

I will continue for the next lessons from K-Drama part 2 as soon as possible. See you soon! :)
